Black Garlic – Thyme – Rosemary Marinade

The sweet and delicate umami of black garlic, combined with the fresh aromas of thyme and rosemary, creates a richly flavoured marinade. With 21.5% black garlic, it delivers a caramel-like sweetness, while soy sauce and raw quince juice balance the flavours. Garlic and chilli add a subtle hint of spice. Suitable for marinating various meats (pork, lamb, and poultry) and ideal for pan-frying, grilling, or oven roasting.

Storage temperature: +2 to +6 °C.
After opening, keep refrigerated. Once opened, the product will keep for 2 months at +2 to +6 °C.

Recommended dosage: 70–90 g per kg.
Marinating time: 48 hours at +2 to +6 °C.

Cooking guidelines: Chicken – 170 °C for 20 minutes, Meat – 180 °C for 25 minutes (depending on the size of the cut)
