Black garlic (21.5%), rapeseed oil, water, SOY sauce (water, SOYbeans, WHEAT, salt), sugar, raw quince juice, salt, garlic, thyme, rosemary, acidity regulator: citric acid, spirit vinegar, chilli pepper, stabiliser: xanthan gum.
The sweet and delicate umami of black garlic, combined with the fresh aromas of thyme and rosemary, creates a richly flavoured marinade. With 21.5% black garlic, it delivers a caramel-like sweetness, while soy sauce and raw quince juice balance the flavours. Garlic and chilli add a subtle hint of spice. Suitable for marinating various meats (pork, lamb, and poultry) and ideal for pan-frying, grilling, or oven roasting.
